In the Merchandising Clerk role, you will provide accurate, timely, and farmer-friendly commercial accounting support by (1) processing grain settlements, (2) creating and sending customer invoices, and (3) serving as a reliable liaison to growers, merchandisers, logistics, and AR / AP. Success is measured by speed and accuracy in settlements and invoices, clean issue resolution, and on-time close.

Pay Rate / Range : $20.00-$25.00 / hr.

Pay Frequency : Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

Process Grain Settlements

• Create accurate producer settlements from scale tickets and contracts; ensure discounts / deductions and state assessments are applied per SOP.
• Post settlements in the ERP / commodity accounting stack (Business Central settlement extension) and attach documentation to the PO / invoice record.
