Oracle Training Lead

A company is looking for an Oracle Training Lead to oversee the strategy and implementation of Oracle Guided Learning content.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Guided Learning content across various functional modules

Develop comprehensive training materials and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions

Support end-user readiness activities and ensure training content aligns with system design and user needs

Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)

Strong background in Oracle Training, including content development and delivery

Proven expertise in Training Development and instructional design methods

Experience facilitating Train-the-Trainer programs
