A company is looking for a CSR Patient Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and community health care providers in a high-volume call center
Act as a patient advocate to facilitate problem resolution via telephone
Perform accurate registration interviews and maintain up-to-date patient information across multiple provider specialties
Required Qualifications
1 year of data entry experience - Required
2 years of clerical / customer service experience, ideally in a health care related industry - Preferred
1 year of experience with third-party payors and data input - Preferred
1 year of call center experience - Preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
