Interface Production Support Analyst

Summary

• The Interface Production Support Analyst is responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HL7 interfaces between systems, including data mapping, translation, and integration. They work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production support issues and optimization of interface performance. The Information Technology Interface Production Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and working with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Job Requirements Education Required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience Required : 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT or interface development, with proven experience in managing large-scale interface production support operations. Skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsProven experience in managing large-scale interface production support operations, and ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.Proven experience in managing and developing teams, and ability to recruit, retain, and motivate top talent.Proven experience in building and maintaining strong partnerships with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.Advanced knowledge of healthcare IT standards, regulations, and trends, and ability to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance.Advanced communication and negotiation skills, and ability to negotiate and influence decisions at the highest levels Licensure / Certification / Registration N / A
