Robert Half is working with a high-end litigation firm in Pasadena, CA looking for a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to join its growing team.

This role involves supporting a variety of legal cases, including business litigation, post-judgment enforcement, and appellate matters. This opportunity offers exposure to compelling, high-profile cases across diverse industries.

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in business litigation, post-judgment enforcement, and appellate cases, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Draft, prepare, and serve subpoenas and other legal documents in compliance with court requirements.
• Manage e-filing processes for state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Conduct discovery tasks, with a focus on drafting and propounding discovery requests.
• Organize and prepare trial materials, including bookmarking, creating tables, and managing exhibits.
• Maintain accurate calendaring and deadline tracking to ensure case milestones are met.
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide comprehensive trial preparation support.
• Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Operate without billable hour requirements, focusing on delivering high-quality support to the team.
