JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and functions of the department. Key responsibilities include training, supervising, and supporting employees who handle service call intake, dispatching, and customer service functions within Business Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage the daily activities of employees in dispatching, service call intake, data entry, and customer service.
Coordinate and schedule all maintenance visits across the organization.
Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including administrative teams, sales, field personnel, and management.
Develop, update, and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation for assigned functions.
Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance support to departmental employees, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Field Personnel, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, lead times, equipment service, invoicing, and general service questions.
Communicate with customers and sales staff to resolve scheduling challenges and reset expectations as needed.
Respond to field requests through online platforms and phone support.
Follow up on and schedule preventative maintenance service appointments.
Review completed service work orders for accuracy and compliance.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by leadership.
