In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' shop in Quincy, Massachusetts. Dunkin' licensed the first of many franchises in 1955. It is now the world's leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 3 million customers per day. Dunkin' sells 52 varieties of donuts and more than a dozen coffee beverages as well as an array of bagels, breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods.

Position Overview

The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations. This leadership position focuses on coaching and guiding Crew Members to uphold Dunkin' Brand standards, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maintain a positive team environment. As a Shift Leader, you will :

  • Set clear goals and delegate job assignments to ensure smooth operations during each shift.
  • Provide real-time feedback, motivation, and recognition to team members.
  • Promote teamwork and help create a friendly, guest-centric atmosphere.
