Manager, Hunger Relief Programs

Operation Blessing is seeking a Hunger Relief Programs Manager to lead and oversee the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Operation Blessing's (OB) U.S. Hunger Relief programs. Ensure food assistance is delivered efficiently and equitably through trusted ministry and community partners. Strengthen and manage partner relationships, steward resources with excellence, and provide timely, accurate impact reporting that demonstrates measurable outcomes in addressing hunger and improving nutrition. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB's Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ's name to meet physical and spiritual needs.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :

• 3-5 years of program management experience in hunger relief, food distribution, or humanitarian nonprofit programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of nonprofit business practices and initiatives
• Experience in managing a Hunger Relief Program is preferred
• Excellent ability to lead, manage and motivate staff
• Strong experience in budget development, monitoring and evaluation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with application emphasis in Excel and Access
• Excellent logistical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a team
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to support program activities and partnerships
• Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with OB's nonprofit Christian mission
