Are you compassionate, outgoing, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our diverse and dynamic team in various locations across LA and Orange Counties !

As a Direct Support Professional , you'll have the opportunity to :

  • Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities (I / DD) .
  • Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate .

  • Personal Care
  • Medical Appointments
  • Peer Interactions
  • Recreational Activities

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role

    • What You Need to Apply :

  • Be 21+ years old
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
  • Must pass a background check
  • Previous experience in human services is a plus
  • If you know American Sign Language , let us know! We have special opportunities for those with ASL knowledge.
