A company is looking for a Support Engineer who can navigate a complex and dynamic environment while providing software support services for real-time systems used by Telecommunication Service Providers.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of support incidents and utilize available resources to resolve them
Continuously improve work quality through feedback and coaching from ticket reviews
Participate in emergency call rotations, requiring 24 / 7 availability every few weeks
Required Qualifications and Education
2-3 years of experience in a telco technical role, preferably in Support / Managed Services
Proficiency in Linux / Unix platform administration
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Ability to take emergency shifts every few weeks
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
