A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager I to drive new partner growth and manage relationships within the Channel Sales department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to new, underperforming, and previously terminated partners to identify opportunities
Manage daily deal flow and track active opportunities across multiple sales cycle stages
Collaborate with Partner Managers to analyze partner performance data and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or comparable experience preferred
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Payment Processing or Financial Services
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Experience with contract / partnership negotiations is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
