A company is looking for a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCBA supervisee candidates
Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)
Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut
Experience in early childhood, school-based, or in-home ABA preferred
Interest in compassionate, trauma-informed, and research-driven practice
