Description of Primary Duties

Plans, leads, and implements camp programs for a role model for campers and staff.Provides high-quality and enjoyable experiences for campers.Supervises campers and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being.Maintains a schedule for camp participants.Organizes and leads various small and large group activitiesEnsures the cleanliness of the site.Assists in maintaining accurate program records, including incident reports, logbook documentation, and daily and understands all emergency procedures associated with the camp program.Records and tracks campers dietary restrictions / allergies and ensures that the meals / snacks are distributed to them.Mediates any camper enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program, including knowing the whereabouts of your charges at all times.Respond to any accidents or incidents, recording all information in all mandatory meeting and training duties as assigned by Camp Director Required Qualifications Good communication, organization and leadership have the ability to maintain camper safety and activity organization while also monitoring camper be 16 years oldMust have current CPR / AED / First Aid or able to obtainMust submit health history record and exam prior to first day of workMust pass all background screeningsMust be able to interact with all age levels Required Certifications Additional Qualifications Must be available Summer for a MINIMUM of 3 weeks
