A company is looking for a Data Manager who will serve as a strategic insights partner across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain advanced reporting dashboards that unify performance across multiple data sources
Partner with teams to ensure data informs audience targeting, messaging, and creative development
Lead deep dive analyses on donor journeys and cross-channel performance to guide strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in an agency or nonprofit environment
Deep expertise with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and major ad platform analytics tools
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and spreadsheet modeling
Experience with nonprofit KPIs and mission-driven campaign metrics
Familiarity with CRM or fundraising platforms is a plus
