Job Description

As a Security Officer- Dispatch Specialist in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more .

As a Dispatch Officer at a leading technology-focused location, you will play a critical role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and coordinating communication between team members. Your responsibilities will include responding to incidents, maintaining detailed logs, and utilizing computer or tablet systems to document activities and relay information. By remaining alert and approachable, you will help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
