Key Responsibilities

Lead a full-stack product engineering team of 6-8 engineers, balancing technical expertise with people management

Establish an environment of trust and nurture a team culture focused on engineering and product excellence

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes while balancing technical quality and user experience

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience

2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring and team-building

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders

Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving teams that have built and shipped high-quality products at scale

Strong computer science fundamentals; a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
