Technical Trainer II

A company is looking for a Technical Trainer II to develop and deliver advanced technical training content in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, design, and implement advanced technical training content and materials

Deliver on-site and remote technical training sessions to internal and external customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training effectiveness and relevance

Required Qualifications

Proficiency with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Experience with supporting and addressing customer training objectives

Experience in the aerospace and defense industry

Certification in technical training or e-learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CTT+)
