An employee-owned, nationally recognized general contractor with a long track record of delivering large-scale, ground-up developments across the country. With a strong and growing presence in Arizona, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion.

Job Description

As Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, overseeing all aspects of project delivery. You'll work closely with estimators, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of multifamily projects from inception to close-out
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main liaison throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
