Office Manager Position
A growing construction and field services company in Fallbrook is seeking a proactive Office Manager to support daily administrative operations and coordinate between field teams and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of office processes and thrives in a hands-on environment. The Office Manager will oversee office administration, document control, and coordination of payroll and billing support. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage office operations, scheduling, and administrative workflows
- Coordinate payroll and timecard collection for field staff
- Support accounts payable and receivable documentation
- Maintain job files, contracts, permits, and compliance records
- Serve as liaison between office staff, field crews, and vendors
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support leadership with reporting and project coordination
- Improve administrative processes to support operational efficiency
Requirements :
