Compensation : $52,000 base salary + Bonuses & 50% paid health insurance

The Retention Specialist is the relationship hero of our Client Services team—stepping in when clients have questions, concerns, or are thinking about leaving. This role is all about problem-solving, protecting relationships, and turning tough conversations into wins.

You’ll handle at-risk accounts, uncover what’s really driving client concerns, and clearly explain coverage value and options in a way that builds confidence. This isn’t basic customer service—you’re an advocate, advisor, and calm voice when it matters most.
