A company is looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator - Part Time, Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales team for various projects and tasks
Manage sample copy requests and the Sales inbox, ensuring proper distribution of emails
Assist with virtual PD Zoom coordination and calendar management for key consultants
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
Two years of experience in administrative support is required
Experience in sales, customer service, or publishing is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is preferred
Knowledge of Google web-based tools, especially calendar management, is preferred
