Role Summary

Kings River Packing is looking for a  Customer Quality Coordinator to collaborate with members of our sales, product assurance and accounts receivable teams. In this role, you’ll track, investigate, document, and make sure all information is accurate and accounted for regarding rejection files. Your responsibilities will vary and be time sensitive, ensuring efficient operations throughout the day and week. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Document information on rejections and problem files
• Review and identify missing information with the sales, product assurance and accounts receivable teams
• Collaborate with product assurance to gather information and key details regarding rejections and prevent recurrence
• Communicate key findings to assigned packing houses daily
• Assist in following up with the sales and accounts receivable team to collect returns on rejected products
• Respond quickly and accurately with information to support our company’s needs
• Ability to strategize and execute goals assigned
• Coordinate scheduling, handle projects, deadlines and reports
• Perform other work-related duties and projects as directed
