Key Responsibilities

Conducts data analysis to compile, interpret, and communicate findings

Provides technical support for systems, ensuring smooth operations and user experience

Determines system requirements and ensures compliance through documentation and monitoring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or

High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with system testing and enhancements

Ability to guide less experienced analysts
