Curana Health is a provider of value-based primary care services for the senior living industry, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted & independent living communities, Memory Care units, and affordable senior housing sites. Our 1,000+ clinicians serve more than1,500 senior living community partners across 33 states, and Curana participates in various innovative CMS programs (including owned-and-operated Accountable Care Organizations and Medicare Advantage plans). We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to manage patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. We support a balanced work life with job fulfillment for all our employees.
The incoming provider will commit to the highest quality of care using an organized, multidisciplinary team approach to provide continuity of care throughout the post-acute continuum. Our patient population served includes adults and geriatrics.
