Chief Executive Officer

Overview

The ExeQfind Group has been retained to lead our client's search for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to replace our client's founder and CEO who will be retiring at the end of this year.

Our client is a publicly-held subsidiary of a European-based multinational organization that supplies equipment and related accessories for industrial, agricultural, and institutional applications. Our client's North American headquarters is in the Greater Minneapolis-St Paul area where the successfully hired CEO will be based. Relocation is authorized for exceptional candidates.

Role and Reporting

The successfully hired CEO will drive, control, and lead all strategic and business aspects of the North American business to ensure organizational, internal controls, revenue, and margin growth goals and objectives are achieved. The CEO will be subject to the directives of the parent company's Board of Directors and will report to the Board Chair in Europe.

Business Context

The North American business is comprised of just under 200 employees at the headquarters and four manufacturing facilities from the Midwest to Southeastern US as well as distribution sites in three states.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the North American business to achieve organizational, revenue, margin growth, and internal control objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across operations, finance, supply chain, and sales to support growth initiatives.
• Oversee execution of business plans consistent with the parent company's governance framework.
• Report to the parent Board Chair in Europe and implement directives from the Board of Directors.
