We are seeking an LVN / LPN ForPrivate Duty / Shift Care Nursing to join our team!
The position will be for 8am-1pm Monday-Friday
Job site: Glendale, CA


Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Aspiration Precautions
• Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-Tube

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience with pediatric patients.
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
• Ability to build rapport with patient.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Skilled with G-Tube care and maintenance.
