Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form

Weekend Hours : As required by facility

Must have 4 trauma credits OR must have them completed within the first two weeks from start, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start

Must Have Skills / Experience : 1 year Cardiac Tele, inpatient only

Type of Patients on Unit : Cardiac / Med Surg

Scrub Color : Black

Any unacceptable attire : Torn clothes, open toed shoes, not wearing scrubs

Details :

Maximum days off : 5 days
