Our Lamar office in Springfield, Missouri is now hiring a new management team member to help us bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Springfield, MO and the surrounding areas. The purpose of the Operation Manager is to manage and educate the operations crew. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining safe structures, equipment, and shop. The Operations Manager is a first line manager in the operations department.

We're in search of a safety-oriented, front-line Operations Manager that can motivate our Operations team through positive leadership and hands-on training. The purpose of the Operation Manager is to manage and educate the operations crew. You are also responsible for maintaining safe structures, equipment, and shop.
