Client Service Associate - Employee Benefits Health And Welfare

Responsibilities

• Work with vendor / carriers / providers and / or other external partner, as appropriate, to resolve claims and other administrative benefits-related issues
• Has a clear understanding of client deliverables to ensure tasks are completed within the allotted timelines on the clients service calendar
• Manage day-to-day service requests (incoming calls and / or emails)
• Respond to client inquiries within companys guidelines for appropriate response time (24hrs)
• Use clients policies / contract to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires team lead involvement
• Explains administrative processes for employee enrollment / change / terminations
• Assists with audits, and other administrative client tasks as needed
• Assists with related special projects as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
