LEAD ESTIMATOR POSITION SUMMARY : The Lead Estimator is responsible for the overall coordination of functions associated with estimating including specification review, cost review, scheduling, risk assessment, and other related duties. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide detailed and accurate construction cost estimates, ensuring the financial viability and profitability of projects. This person must be able to work directly with a diverse team of project managers, architects, and engineers, as well as interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

LEAD ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS :

• MUST have 10+ years of experience in heavy civil and / or heavy industrial construction management and estimating
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering required
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid or similar software is required
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products, and Primavera P6
• Within 100mi radius of STL Metro - offering hybrid / remote work to right candidate
