A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users for various applications and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and document client issues through multiple sources, classify severity, and notify relevant resources for resolution
Provide level one technical support and assist experienced peers with client problems related to software updates and installations
Verify systems during and after scheduled outages and monitor critical path processing to ensure benchmarks are met
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically, a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Experience in help desk support and POS terminal operations
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a technical field
Preferred : Typically, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
