Good hand / eye coordination. Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication. Strong analytical / problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management. Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication. Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills. Required : ASCP Pathologists' Assistant certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
