Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced patient account / self-pay collector to join our client's team. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on unpaid patient fertility claim balances, ensuring a high level of patient-customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent patient-customer service.
• Make outbound calls to patients to collect open balances.
• Notify customers with high balances and mail past-due notices.
• Review and reconcile patient ledger and balances.
• Follow up on the status of payments.
• Itemize and print courtesy statements for patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
