We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Service Manager to join our team. Responsibilities will include working with our installation team, on-site testing of product deployments and overseeing on-site maintenance of existing systems. Responsibilities
Install and inspect new equipment and upgradesDirect on-site teams and contractors. Monitor labor time and materials costs.Create and maintain site logistics plansResolve on-site issues after installationCoordinate and conduct testingOversee maintenance events (small and large)Write maintenance reports and keep logs on different product deploymentsDiagnose equipment failures and issues with engineering teamFeed information from field back into design changes with engineering teamInterface and build strong relationships with customer personnelQualifications
3+ years field work experience in an industrial or utility environment (construction, equipment installation and start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.)Experience in HVAC or water treatment strongly preferredUnderstanding of engineering documents such as drawings, specifications, and standardsExperience operating industrial site equipment (manlifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.)Familiar working with standard safety protocol in industrial settings including lockout tagout proceduresOSHA 30 (preferred), OSHA 10 (required)Experience with ISNet preferred.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of weekdays.
