Brightside Cleaning Restoration Inc. is hiring an Independent Field Claim Control Representative to support homeowners navigating fire and smoke damage claims. This is a 1099, commission-only field-based role with uncapped earnings potential—ideal for professionals who value process, consistency, and relationship-building over transactional sales tactics.

You’ll meet homeowners during difficult times, provide steady guidance, and serve as the trusted connection between restoration services and peace of mind. Onboarding and early field training are provided to ensure new hires feel confident and prepared—especially those coming from adjacent industries such as roofing, solar, or medical sales.

This is a territory-based opportunity with active leads across five Southern California counties. The ideal candidate lives in or near North County San Diego or the Lower Inland Empire, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to fire / smoke damage leads generated by the company

Earn homeowner trust with calm, compassionate communication

Educate clients about the restoration process and what to expect

Establish control of the claim through disciplined follow-up and coordination

Partner closely with internal mitigation and contents teams

Independently manage your leads and daily activities across your territory

Represent Brightside professionally in diverse communities

Qualifications

Field-based sales experience in restoration, roofing, solar, pools, fencing, RV, or medical device industries preferred

Strong communicator who stays calm and focused under pressure

Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred

Excellent follow-up, organization, and time management skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

Must reside in or near North County San Diego or the Lower Inland Empire (Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee)

Confident working under a true 1099, commission-only structure

Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

$75,000–$150,000+ OTE based on activity and performance

10–15% uncapped commission on closed job revenue

No salary, no draw structure—commission only

Actual earnings may exceed OTE for top performers

Schedule

Full-time, flexible schedule based on territory needs

Field-based role with in-person visits and ongoing follow-up

Self-managed hours; performance is based on results, not a time clock

Work Location

Home base : North County San Diego or Lower Inland Empire (Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee)

Territory includes San Diego, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties

Regular travel to leads and job sites is expected
