A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing technical advice and support
Map customer business processes to product capabilities and address any identified gaps
Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, technical support, or account management
3-5 years of experience with insurance technologies, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required; familiarity with architecture frameworks is a plus
Experience with software implementation projects and understanding of software development lifecycle methodology
