Program Manager Tech

A company is looking for a Program Manager Tech 2 to support cloud operations and program management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage engineering tickets and coordinate between cloud engineering teams

Drive program schedules and provide regular status reports

Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to meet evolving data requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience with ticketing systems or Product Lifecycle Management tools

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI

Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Change Management or program management

Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional activities
