A company is looking for a Client Representative to manage reactive accounts and provide technical and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests and provide timely technical support related to the product line
Work with sales managers to develop account lists and pricing strategies, and conduct field-marketing activities
Maintain CRM records, adhere to sales processes, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum BS or BA in Life Sciences; M.S. / Ph.D. preferred, with hands-on laboratory experience
Ability to incorporate Core Emotional Social Intelligence (ESI) Principles in daily work
Flexibility in handling change and persistence in pursuing goals
Independently motivated with the ability to work well in a team
Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and technology, including Microsoft applications
