Key Responsibilities
Support the mapping of payroll processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
Assist in workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture and validate process details
Develop opportunity assessments highlighting areas for efficiency and automation
Required Qualifications
Experience in process documentation and mapping using tools like Miro or Lucidchart
Familiarity with payroll or HR / finance-related processes preferred
Strong organizational and project support skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to leverage AI tools for documentation and analysis
