• Other details : The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. This position is for a full-time AA locum role, though candidates with a minimum of three days per week and long-term, ongoing availability will also be considered. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, with both 10- and 12-hour day and evening shifts available, and multiple providers scheduled daily. There are no guaranteed daily hours, lunch is unpaid, and overtime applies per day after the confirmed shift, with no weekly overtime. The average daily census is around 135 cases, including L&D, endoscopy, cardiac, EP, and imaging. There are 17 operating rooms in total, all active simultaneously, with a 4 : 1 medical direction model. Providers will manage complex cases such as neuro, spine, ENT, and EP, along with pediatric cases. Required procedures include arterial line placement, intubation, and ventilator management. A DEA is not required for this position.
