In this role, you will report to the CFO and work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate organizational skills and solutions for every issue.
About Your Role
As our BambooHR Administrator, you'll keep payroll and the HRIS running smoothly. Your responsibilities include processing weekly payrolls, handling paperwork, answering employee questions, and handling recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. Your job is to make sure everything is organized and everyone feels supported.
What You Will Do
- Process weekly payroll and benefit submissions for both field and office employees.
- Ensure employee files are accurate and maintained within the HRIS.
- Reconcile monthly and pay period payroll reports, preliminary payroll audits, flexible spending, 401(k), HSA and any other payroll related benefits.
- Coordinate benefit insurance enrollments; track and enroll new hires in company benefits as needed; make changes / terminate benefits of employees as requested.
- Administer employee on / off boarding including background checks and employment eligibility verification.
- Assist employees with benefit questions and paperwork.
- Coordinate job interview scheduling and logistics.
- Aid in company hiring and onboarding employees.
- Assist new employees in the onboarding process.
- Ensure labor laws and policies are kept.
- Help with special tasks and projects.
- Assist with general office work.
What You Will Need to Get the Job Done
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.Two (2) years of direct previous experience as a Payroll or HR Administrator.Experience and proficiency with BAMBOOHR software or similar HRIS.Advanced computer and excellent Excel skills with overall proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of the basics of benefits and payroll laws, regulations, and policiesExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to apply metrics to recruitment strategiesAct with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityExceptional interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsDesire to work as part of a team within a results driven environmentEducation in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation highly preferred.We follow the Golden Rule here at George Brazil
