Position Title : Machine Operator – Wind-Up Department

Job Type : Full-time

Pay Rate : $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected Hours : 40 hours per week

Shift : Various shifts available (12 hours) Mid week or weekend shifts available.

Overview :

Seeking reliable individuals to operate and tend to turning machines (wind-up) in a controlled manufacturing environment. This position involves handling plastic materials on large spindles, ensuring correct layer counts, labeling, weighing, and stacking finished rolls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Verify accurate layer counts on each roll
• Legibly stamp core labels
• Manually remove rolls from spindles, weigh them, and stack in designated containers
• Monitor and replace full containers (Gaylords) and ensure supply of empty ones
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
