Director of Enrollment Services and Customer Care
Support charter districts across 80+ campuses and impacting over 22,000 students. The position is full-time, exempt, and located in-house in Lewisville, reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing / Communications. As Director of Enrollment Services and Customer Care you will oversee a comprehensive range of student recruitment, admission, enrollment, and student service functions, managing teams, budgets, and technology to achieve enrollment goals, enhance student experiences, and maintain accurate records. This leadership role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing operational processes, analyzing enrollment data, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to support student success and the institution's mission.
