Senior Process Piping Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Process Piping Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed piping designs, layouts, and specifications while performing stress analysis and thermal expansion calculations

Lead piping engineering efforts, ensuring project adherence to timelines and budgets while coordinating with other engineering disciplines

Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, conducting quality assurance checks and resolving issues during construction and operation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience

Proven experience managing large-scale piping projects in industries such as oil and gas or chemical processing

Proficiency in piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD Plant 3D, SmartPlant, CAESAR II)

Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and material science

Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PE license, PMP certification) are preferred
