Key Responsibilities
Provide support over the phone and email to address customer questions or problems regarding the use of the card or registration
Actively listen to customers to confirm and clarify information and diffuse potential escalations
Build strong relationships with colleagues and effectively relay product feedback to the product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service experience
Proficiency with software, ideally CRM software
Strong typing skills
Ability to self-manage and work from home
