About the Job
Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and we are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
As an RBT with us, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop functional skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data during each therapy session
- Assist in identifying and developing individualized treatment goals
- Communicate progress updates to the treatment team
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesUnderstanding of HIPAA regulationsFamiliarity with medical terminology and documentationCompassionate, patient, and professional demeanor, especially when working with childrenStrong record-keeping and communication skillsRBT certification required (or actively pursuing)Benefits
