A company is looking for a Turbomachinery Control Application Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop turbomachinery analytics combining first principles with machine learning models for performance improvements
Design, develop, and validate turbomachinery control algorithms using simulation-based techniques
Serve as the subject matter expert for turbomachinery dynamic simulation and collaborate on new product development
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of turbomachinery control and operability
Expertise in thermodynamics calculations for turbomachinery and related process equipment
Proficiency in modeling and dynamic simulation, including tools like MATLAB / Simulink, UniSim, and Aspen
Experience in new product development and industrial control systems (PLC, DCS) with relevant programming languages (Python, C)
