3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, marketing, creative, or high-growth environments

Demonstrated knowledge of AI-driven tools for sourcing and screening

Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and talent intelligence platforms

Proven experience supporting leadership teams and managing confidential searches
