Summary
The Patient Experience Manager reports to the Director of Consumer Experience and supervises the daily operations of the patient experience team. This role involves developing and implementing training programs for staff to enhance patient interaction skills, monitoring compliance with patient experience standards and regulations, and analyzing patient feedback data to develop improvement plans.
Job Requirements
Required : Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years’ related experience; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
Preferred : Master’s Degree
Required : Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on patient experience, grievance management, or patient advocacy
