What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily success. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor an engaged, high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
• Manage P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement to drive sales growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of full-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level).
• Proven track record of hitting sales, service, and profit goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing labor, food costs, and budgets.
• A “lead from the front” mentality – willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
